  Once at the port shop Andy and his mechanic were brilliant- they fixed the chain and tuned up the gears and gave me some advice on the bike, and also gave me the best route back to my hire car in the time I had.

  Because of location business is too easy for these guys. Be careful with pricing. There are better $ options for good road bikes, just search. Also very slow to reply to booking requests.

  I arrived in Soller with a snapped chain. The woman who runs the shop couldn't have been more helpful- she didn't have a mechanic or the parts, but she arranged a taxi to take me and my bicycle down to their sister shop in Port De Soller, phoned ahead to let them know I was coming and negotiated a price with the taxi driver for me.

  As a group we needed a bit of advice selecting a hike that we felt was within our capabilities. Andy and his team were very patient fielding questions and generous with good advice. On the day, the guide Jeremy was excellent company and made sure the entire group were in good shape in the heat. Being in the area for only a short time, having Tramuntana Tours support meant it took the stress out of making the neccessary arrangements. Will definitely return for some more hiking and possibly biking in the future and can recommend them highly

  Good location and selection but based for the tourist which includes pricing. Took my own mountain bike in for a tune up with a couple requests to be done.. play in the hydraulic brake lever and squeaking. They replaced the brake pads and there was more play in the lever than when I brought it in. When I asked what they could do I got "it is what it is". €35 for that. On riding out my gears were not lining up which was not a problem before. Went home, googled hydraulic brake adjusting and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Wont go back.

  Have just done the Torrent de Pareis with TT and their guide Vincent. Great day and well organised at a pace to suit the group.Guide was great, especially at some of the more exciting parts!
